These terms govern use of PumpFun pages and digital event materials, including party game prompts, host scripts, score sheets, creator event run sheets, and classroom play packs.
Entertainment scope
PumpFun provides entertainment planning materials and party game content. It does not run gambling, betting, cash-prize administration, identity verification, payment processing for third-party prizes, or player background checks. Hosts are responsible for choosing age-appropriate content and following the rules of their venue, school, workplace, or community.
User responsibilities
Visitors and buyers should share only event details needed to scope a kit, respect other players, avoid harmful or unlawful content, and adapt prompts to the audience. Hosts should remove prompts that do not fit the group and avoid collecting unnecessary personal information from players.
Content and availability
