Refund policy
This refund policy explains how PumpFun handles refund requests for event kits, custom mini-game prompt packs, creator run sheets, classroom play materials, and host planning documents.
Before custom work begins
If a kit has not been prepared or delivered, email support@pumpfun-playroom.world with the purchase email, kit name, and cancellation reason. We review whether intake, prompt writing, or custom planning work has begun before confirming the available resolution.
After delivery
Delivered materials may include custom prompts, run sheets, scoreboard templates, host scripts, classroom adaptations, and creator event sequences. Because custom kits are prepared for a specific group or event, they may not be fully refundable after delivery. If the material misses the agreed scope, contact support with the specific issue so we can correct it or review a partial refund.
Exclusions
Refunds do not cover event attendance, player mood, internet problems, prize decisions, third-party venue rules, or materials not sold by PumpFun. This policy should be read together with the terms page.
