This privacy policy explains how PumpFun handles event kit inquiries, party planning details, classroom play requests, creator event notes, prompt preferences, and support emails sent to support@pumpfun-playroom.world.

Visitors may send group size, event type, age range, content limits, preferred mini-game style, schedule notes, and kit questions. PumpFun does not ask for account passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs, private identity documents, or unrelated personal data for ordinary kit inquiries.

Information is used to answer messages, scope a host kit, prepare game prompts, clarify event tone, handle support questions, and maintain basic business records. Event details and prompt preferences are not sold as marketing lists.

Retention and requests

Inquiry and support records may be kept while a request is active and for a reasonable record period afterward.
